TUNGKOL SA DISCOVERY ACADEMY
Ang Discovery Academy ay isang programa sa pagpapaunlad ng kabataan na nagbibigay ng mga pagkakataong pang-edukasyon na may kalidad na nagbibigay-diin sa mga lakas ng Green River College at ng kanilang kasosyo sa edukasyon sa komunidad, ang Highline College. Nakatuon ang program na ito sa paggamit ng mga indibidwal na kalakasan habang ginagamit ang pinagsamang mga mapagkukunan, potensyal na outreach, at mga dolyar sa pag-advertise upang maihatid ang pinakamalawak na net ng aming South Sound Community. Pananaw at Mga Layunin
Pagbibigay ng mga de-kalidad na karanasang pang-edukasyon sa mga mag-aaral bago ang kolehiyo na may layuning labanan ang COVID at pagkawala ng pagkatuto sa tag-araw, at ipakilala ang mga kabataan sa landscape ng kolehiyo. As part of our team, you'll receive high-quality training and mentorship in a variety of areas including group management, camp procedures and rules, professional communication and conflict resolution, first aid, and leadership. You'll also have the opportunity to lead hands-on activities for groups of kids ages 8-14 and take part in other camp related functions. But the benefits of this experience don't stop there!
